How to Join?
A clinic or user who wants to apply for funding should first express interest via the program’s page, and from there they will be guided to select a vendor.
Once a user or clinic expresses interest in Tali, we will collect sufficient information from them to reserve a slot with Canada Health Infoway:
-
First and Last name
-
Professional ID number (e.g. Provincial College number)
-
Their role (Family Physician, NP, etc.)
-
The EMR they use
-
Their clinic’s name
-
Their province
-
Their postal code

We are working to make this as smooth as possible for the applicants, of course.
We anticipate a fairly quick turnaround to confirm acceptance. Accepted users will start their term straight away and have access to Tali’s Pro subscription level. Users who are not approved for funding will be able to subscribe to Tali as usual, of course.
Once users get started, they will have access to all of Tali’s resources, including our 5-star Customer Success team, to help them get started.

Infoway is collaborating with provinces and territories to implement the AI Scribe Program. Program availability, access, and execution may vary by jurisdiction, with each approach tailored to align with the unique needs of the region and clinical practice requirements.
Usage Requirements
Once you're accepted into the Infoway program, you'll be required to create 10 AI scribe notes a calendar month to maintain free access to Tali AI. This is measured on a user by user basis, so even if you've signed up as a clinic you are only measured by your own performance.
What Happens to my License if I'm Away?
Physicians using Tali AI must record a number of notes monthly to maintain their subscription or trial status. Factors such as holidays, extended absences, or travel may make it difficult to meet these requirements. The next sections outline steps to ensure uninterrupted program participation under such conditions.
Unfortunately, you cannot delay or modify the start date once it has been set. If you aren't able to meet the 10 AI scribe note minimum due to any leaves of absence or vacations, please email [email protected] with the period of time you'll be away for.
Transferring Licenses Between Users
Tali does not allow direct transfers of licenses between users. However, you can reach out to Infoway and see if they can make any modifications.
